Get Your Job
A full job-search intelligence system — pipeline, AI fit scoring, and market analytics in one.
Built to survive a real job search in Germany. Captures JDs from any source via browser extension, parses and scores them with AI, tracks applications through a Kanban pipeline, and surfaces market signals — which skills are in demand, how long stages take, where rejections happen.

Problem
Job searching in Germany as a non-EU candidate is high-stakes, high-volume, and chaotic. Tracking 237 applications across spreadsheets, browser tabs, and email threads was unmanageable.
Solution
Built a system that brings every part of the search into one place — from JD capture to AI analysis to pipeline tracking to market intelligence. Turned a stressful process into a data-driven one.
Features
- →Browser extension captures JDs from LinkedIn, Stepstone, Indeed in one click
- →AI parses each JD and generates a fit score with matches vs. gaps breakdown
- →Kanban pipeline — Backlog → Planning → Applied → Interviewing → Offer
- →Data Matrix shows skill ROI, German market signals, and seniority mix across all parsed JDs
- →Activity heatmap and streak tracking to maintain application momentum
- →Events tracker for job fairs, recruiter calls, and networking meetups
- →AI cover letter generation per application
- →Strategic alerts — surfaces skill gaps blocking the most applications
Lessons Learned
- →Building your own tools during a hard process is the fastest way to learn what actually matters
- →AI fit scoring only works when the prompt understands the candidate's specific context — not just the JD
- →Market signals are more useful than any single job listing
Story
I built this tool while actively job searching. Every feature exists because I needed it. The fit scorer saved me from applying to roles I had zero chance at. The data matrix told me TypeScript was the single highest-ROI skill to invest in.
